Vladimir Putin has signed a new decree requiring paramilitary fighters, including those from the Wagner Group, to swear oaths of allegiance to the Russian state.

This comes after the apparent death of the Wagner group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin. Military analyst Sean Bell explains what this means for the future of the Wagner group.
