During Prime Minister’s Questions, the Mirror newspaper published a story containing an image of Boris Johnson next to an open bottle of champagne and people wearing tinsel on 15 December 2020 – when London was in Tier 2 measures when mixing between two or more people from different households was banned.
But the event is not one of those being investigated by the Metropolitan Police.
