Senior Conservative says “it’s time to resolve this” as he withdraws support for the PM

Former Conservative minister and senior MP Tobias Ellwood told Sky’s Kay Burley that the Prime Minister no longer enjoyed his support.

He said Boris Johnson doesn’t realise how worried his Conservative colleagues are, and it was time to put the best interests of the country first.
